On 20th October 2009, 2 blast held in International Islamic University Islamabad...One blast was in girls cafe and other was in boys campus..2 boys were expired in blast, they were Hafiz Nafees Ahmed and Hafiz Khalil-ur-Rehman and six girls Amna Tahir, Amna Batool, Tayyaba Hina, Aqsa Malik, Hina Nawaz & Sidra Khalid were expired in the blast and one employee Parvez Masih was expired...Today on 20th October 2010 1st anniversary was observed.. or this Quran-Khwani was held in the university and a separate peace protests were held in the male and female campuses..
