CIA contractor Raymond Davis, who killed two Pakistanis on a busy road in Lahore, is released by the court and is not free to go anywhere, after payment of blood money to the families of murdered people..
Punjab Law Minister Rana Sanaullah said the court released Raymond Davis after the family members of the murdered men Fahim and Faizan, appeared in the court and accepted the blood money of 2.34 million dollars and four US visas were also given to families.

23 March, which is known as Pakistan Day, is day observed for the resolution of the All India Muslim League in Lahore in 1940.
